Aid for Animals Charitable Trust

Ways to help and support us

There are many ways in which you can help and support us, here are just a few....

Becoming an Aid for Animals helper

The majority of the trust's income is raised through fundraising events. The more money we can raise, the more money we can give to animal rescue organisations to help the many, many needy animals in the world.

We always need helpers to lend a hand at our fundraising events, just an hour or two helps!

Could you raise some money from a one-off event, such as a sponsored run, coffee morning, car-boot sale? The only limit is your imagination! and we would love to hear from you if you would like to organise an event.

We can provide endorsement letters or put a feature on our website of your event, just let us know. If you are planning to raise funds for us please give us the details of what you are planning to do so we can verify your legitmate status with anyone who raises a query.

Tin rattling

We always need tin rattlers that are happy to give up a few hours of their time collecting funds outside supermarkets, in the High Street etc. Or do you know a local business or workplace that would be happy to have one of our collection boxes on display?

Food collections

Many of the organisations that we help are always in desperate need of food for the animals in their care.  If you would like to help out with a food collection or might like to organise a food collection of your own please let us know.

Regular donations

By regular monthly donations from your bank by standing order. It doesn't need to be a large amount, £5 or £50 it's up to you! 100% of your donation will go directly to UK registered charities or established charities abroad. However, if you have a specific animal you would like to help let us know and we will allocate your donations to organisations that work solely with that animal.

Please click on the link to download a regular donation standing order form. We are also able to claim Gift Aid, so please dont forget to tick the Gift Aid box (or download a Gift Aid form) if you are a UK Tax payer, and eligible for us to claim Gift Aid on your behalf.
